Your order is not accepted until Dalola Textile Studio confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Your purchases are subject to exchange solely in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Please note that complete wall hangings are handmade to order and will be shipped within 1–2 weeks of your order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders with DHL.

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

EU Shipping

We ship to all European Union countries. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically within 10–21 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or tariffs upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs as they vary by country and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about potential charges.

Shipping Damages

We take great care in packaging every order. However, once an order is handed to DHL, we are not liable for damage or loss that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shopdalola@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
