Processing Time

Our fabric products are made to order. All orders containing fabric (quilt kits and fabric panels) are processed within 10 business days. Orders without fabric are processed within 3–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery

We ship all orders with DHL. Typical delivery times after dispatch:

Germany: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or tariffs on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damages

We take great care in packaging every order. However, we are not liable for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.

Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, other than under the European Union right of withdrawal described below. We are happy to offer exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. All shipping and delivery costs associated with the exchange are at the expense of the customer. Stickers are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us within those 14 days, then send the item back unused within 14 days of telling us.

We will refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost you paid within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait to refund until the item has arrived back or you have sent us proof of return. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

Digital patterns are delivered immediately and cannot be cancelled once the download has started.

This website is operated by Dalola Textile Studio ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping and Exchange Policies.

Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and because our fabric is printed in small batches, small variations between batches are normal.

Orders and Prices

An order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and will refund any payment made for it.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout. Customs fees and import duties are not included.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled according to our Exchange Policy. We do not offer refunds, other than under the European Union right of withdrawal described there.

Designs and Content

All designs, patterns, images and text on this website belong to Dalola Textile Studio. Patterns and digital files are for your personal use and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page.
